Established in 1978, PSC is Vancouver Island’s leading distributor of organic and natural products. We're known for our dedication to customer service, consistent fill rates and integrity in product selection. We supply grocery, health food stores, restaurants, cafés, institutions and specialty retailers via a fleet of our own trucks and common carriers. In order to begin purchasing from us, please read on and send us the appropriate completed application(s) located in the downloads section below. 

 

All are welcome to become customers of PSC Natural Foods; we have two different applications for two different categories of customers:

 

1. For retail customers to set up a new account

2. For “buying club” accounts (more info below)

 

Business / Retail:

A retail or business customer is one who buys our products in order to resell to the public. The majority of these customers have a store front, and deal with all the costs associated with running a business. These customers should possess a business license. (Please note: Having an unrelated business does not qualify you as a Business customer with PSC.) In order to receive the payment terms, you must also fill out the “REFERENCES - OTHER CREDIT SUPPLIERS” section on your application. 

 

Individuals / Buying Clubs:

PSC Natural Foods also acknowledges individuals in the community who wish to provide their families with natural foods. Our beginnings are thanks to grass-roots groups who worked together to bring the food choices they desired to their communities. In order to strike a balance between business needs and recognizing these groups, we offer our products on a COD basis, at a slightly higher cost than our business customers. If you are purchasing a product from PSC and do not have a retail business that resells the products you purchase from us, you must fill out the Buy Group Application.
